Create a report for our virtual accommodations advisory committee meeting. This should be a short report on the most significant experiences you've had or know of someone else having while trying to set up an accommodating work environment.

Choose an anonymous subject who has or needs workplace accommodations (this subject could be yourself).

Interview your subject about a typical workday in their life. Here are some things you may want to consider:

• What things do they have to do that other people don't have to think about while at work?

• What was their process for obtaining accommodations in their workplace?

• Have they had to limit their options based on the willingness of employers to fully accommodate their needs?

• What other workplace challenges does this person encounter as a result of their situation?

Write a short report summarizing the relevant experiences of the subject you've interviewed. Submit the report to be reviewed by our accommodations advisory committee.

Do you have a disability that has affected the way you work?

Or do you have a friend who would be willing to help you understand their experience, and report on it?

Our Accommodations Report form will guide you through what to include, and automate the process of submitting your report.

Reports will be gathered and reviewed by our Accommodations Advisory Committee to help inform our program development.
